Sean Carpenter is the Agent Development Director for the Ohio NRT companies in Columbus and Cincinnati. Originally licensed in 1998, Sean led a successful career in real estate averaging 35 transactions a year prior to assuming new duties and landing in his current role. Sean is the creator of the company's highly regarded PRO Start Academy and B.A.S.I.C. Training sessions.
Recently named to Inman News Top 100 Most Influential Leaders in Real Estate, Sean's speaking appearances have included Coldwell Banker International Business Conferences (2007-2011), the Coldwell Banker Global Management Summit, numerous Ohio Association of Realtors Conventions and several events at various associations and Women's Council of Realtor events around the state of Ohio. He has also been featured keynote speaker at events across the country including Chicago, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, Denver, Dallas and Long Island NY.

Commander AJ Gwyn is a retired law enforcement investigator that now leads this nationally recognized team. Teaching over 300 seminars each year nation-wide, Commander Gwyn effectively delivers critical information that teaches people how to protect themselves. Southern Crime Task Force takes each participant through 25 topics of personal safety prevention, survival tactics, and on the job safety strategies.
As AJ Gwyn states, "I have seen the affects of criminal activity personally. It is my job, in these seminars, to relay as much information as I can to keep you safe. Criminals look for certain opportunities and victims with certain behaviors. By learning to prevent potential crimes before you ever leave your home will keep you and your family safer. Make no mistake...Safety is Learned."
AJ Gwyn is a retired Investigator from the Metro Atlanta area, receiving over 50 Departmental Commendations for numerous arrests of violent criminals. The pinnacle of his law enforcement career was working across the southeast in the DEA Task Force as an undercover narcotics investigator. Safety training for the business world is a natural extension of the 15 years AJ spent as an FTO (Field Training Officer) training rookie police officers in the Metro Atlanta area.
Marilyn Moats Kennedy

While teaching journalism at DePaul University in Chicago, Marilyn founded Career Strategies to provide workshops and individual counseling to job hunters. Since childhood, Marilyn has had a compelling interest in the workplace. She started with helping people focus -- most important to job hunters. Once hired, the next question was how to keep the job and advance or segue into self-employment. Next she started research into demographic trends in the workplace, nationally and globally. How do individuals and organizations plan for the future? In 2000, Career Strategies became Moats Kennedy, Inc. to refect its expanded mission.
Marilyn's training sessions have reached more than 500,000 people. She is a graduate of the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and holds both a Bachelor and Masters degree. She has written six books, been a columnist for Glamour magazine, and appeared on 20/20, Good Morning America, and Oprah.

Angie brings 18 years of sales and coaching experience to the team. Her love of working with people was a natural bridge for her into Real Estate in 2003.
As a professional executive coach for 2 large health insurance companies, Angie coined the phrase "Needs Based Selling" which is a consultative approach to working with clients to ensure that "their" needs are the focus of the relationship. Angie's approach and dedication to her clients is reflected in our team motto "helping you move from dreaming to doing."
Angie is an active member of several local area networking and professional real estate groups all focusing on building and supporting better business performance and enhancing community experience.
In addition to her professional real estate career, Angie works closely with her husband in supporting a thriving real estate office in Long Beach. Angie enjoys a wonderful family life with a loving husband and a delightful daughter.
Angie is a UCLA graduate with a BA in English as well as another BA in History. Her hobbies include scrap-booking, snorkeling, reading, bike riding with her family and a deep love for animals and their well being.
Evelyn Lundberg Stratton

Evelyn Lundberg Stratton is Of Counsel in the Vorys Columbus office. Prior to joining Vorys, she served for 16 years as a justice on the Supreme Court of Ohio. Ms. Stratton counsels clients on a variety of practice areas, including health care, litigation and appellate work. She also assists Vorys Health Care Advisors. a wholly owned subsidiary of the firm that helps health care providers, business decision makers, professional associations and other stakeholders deal with the challenges of a complex, rapidly changing state and federal health envirornment.
Ms. Stratton has decades of trial and appellate experience. She spent the first nine years of her legal career as a central Ohio trial lawyer. In 1988, she became the first woman elected judge of the Franklin County Common Pleas Court. Stratton was appointed to the Ohio Supreme Court by Governor George Voinovich in 1996 and was elected by Ohio voters to three six-year terms.
Ms. Stratton is also a dedicated public servant. While service on the Ohio Supreme Court, she formed and chaired the Supreme Court of Ohio Advisory Committee on Mental Illness and the Courts, which since its formation in 2001 has helped establish 38 mental health courts, recommended changes to Medicaid and advocated for a new Juvenile Competency Statute.
Currently, she serves with Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine as co-chair of the Attorney General's Task Force on Criminal Justice and Mental Illlness. Ms. Stratton has also advocated for the development of veterans' courts, which assist returning veterans with post traumatic stress and other issues that may lead them to criminal activity.
In addition, she currently serves in a leadership capacity at the Ohio Military and Veterans Legal Assistance Program, which connects veterans and military families to a statewide system of referrals to pro bono lawyers, bar associations, legal aid and law school clinics.
Ms. Stratton's work has resulted in many honors, such as the Congressional Coalition on Adoption's Angels Award, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Adoption Excellence Award, and the Ohio State Association of Veterans' Service Commissions Outstanding Service Award. In 2008, she received the Ellis Island Medal of Honor. Ranking among the nation's most prestigious awards, this honor pays tribute to American citizens of diverse origins for their outstanding contributions to their communities, their nation and the world.
