Consumer spending accounts for two-thirds of the U.S. economy, and women make 80 percent of all consumer buying decisions. And that includes real estate, where women first-time home buyers outpace men two to one, and where "prime time women" (women between 50 and 70) comprise the largest, wealthiest and most under-served consumer segment on the planet.
This exciting summit experience will show you how to win the hearts, minds and business of the female consumer. You’ll learn about the latest gender trends, how women make “power of the purse” spending decisions and how to tailor your marketing in ways that connect with women. You'll take home a mountain of relevant and actionable insights that will translate immediately to your business.
Held in conjunction with Women’s Council’s Leadership Skills Workshop. |

Come hear Marti explain how marketing to women is a radical opportunity, and how you can take action on it. |
Thought Leader Sessions
"Women Who Mean Business" with Vickie Austin
Vickie Austin, speaker, trainer and founder of Choices Worldwide, a company specializing in business and career coaching, gives an insightful look at women in business. As girls and women, we receive mixed messages about power and prestige. Raised to be "nice girls," we struggle up the entrepreneurial ladder, confused by the roles we're trained for, which conflict with the new roles we need to fill. This presentation tackles the inconsistencies women face in the business world: money, power, position and how to have it all without losing ourselves. |
"Cross Generational Marketing to Women" with Marilyn Moats-Kennedy
Did you know that single women over 60 have more in common with single women under 30 than with married women of the same age? It's time to drop the stereotypes about what women want from business relationships, and to stop approaching women as one mass target in the market. Marilyn Moats-Kennedy, author, speaker and former "Job Strategies" columnist for Glamour Magazine, will show you how to make your cross-generational marketing more effective. |

- To book a room at the Capital Hilton or Hilton Garden Inn you MUST do two things: 1. Pay the WCR Meeting Registration Fee of $249 and 2. Mark "WCR" as your primary affiliation.
- Please note that one ticket to the WCR Awards Banquet is included in the $249 WCR Meeting registration fee. (Click here to check out last year's winners.)
